Welcome to Lavish Clearance Services. By requesting a quotation, accepting a quotation, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Quote Requests
- All enquiries submitted through our website are requests for a quotation only and do not constitute a confirmed booking.
- Quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the customer.
- Final pricing may change if the property condition, workload or service requirements differ from those originally described, seen on property viewing or shown in images / videos provided.
- Some services, including end of tenancy cleaning, deep cleaning, construction cleaning and clearance services, may require an on-site assessment before a final quotation is issued.
2. Service Confirmation
- A service is only confirmed once both parties have agreed to the quotation and a date has been arranged.
- We reserve the right to decline any quotation request at our discretion.
3. Payments
- Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
- Payment may be required upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept bank transfer and other agreed payment methods.
- Late payments may incur additional charges where legally applicable.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations made shortly before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee where our team has already allocated labour, equipment or travel.
- Lavish Clearance Services reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, pandemic or emergencies.
5. Access to Property
- Customers must ensure our team has safe and timely access to the property.
- Delays caused by restricted access, missing keys or unavailable access may result in additional charges.
- Utilities such as electricity and running water should be available where required.
6. Service Scope
Our quotation covers only the work specifically agreed.
Additional work requested on the day may require a revised quotation or additional charges.
End of tenancy cleaning is carried out based on the agreed specification and the property’s condition at the time of attendance.
7. Clearance Services
- Customers confirm they have legal authority to dispose of all items presented for clearance.
- We reserve the right to refuse removal of hazardous materials, illegal items or anything requiring specialist licensing.
- Waste will be disposed of responsibly in accordance with applicable environmental regulations.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information when requesting a quotation.
- Secure valuables and personal belongings before work begins.
- Inform us of any hazards, damage or special requirements before arrival.
- Ensure pets and children are kept safe during our visit.
9. Liability
- We take every reasonable care while carrying out our services.
- Any damage believed to have been caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects or wear and tear.
10. Health & Safety
Our staff reserve the right to refuse or stop work where conditions are unsafe, hazardous or pose a risk to health and safety.
11. Photography
From time to time we may take before and after photographs for quality assurance and marketing purposes.
No personal information or identifying items will be shared without permission.
If you prefer that photographs are not taken, please let us know before work begins.
12. Privacy
Personal information submitted through our website or quotation forms will only be used for providing quotations, arranging services and communicating with customers.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except where required by law.
13. Website Information
While we make every effort to ensure information on our website is accurate, service descriptions, pricing examples and availability may change without notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
